Getting Started
- Navigate to the top menu and click on Audiences
- Select Audiences from the left-hand panel
- From the available audience types, choose Advanced Firmographic Audience
Setting Company Criteria
Industry Selection
Define target industries from the dropdown menu, including options like:
- Farming
- Fishery
- Dairy
- Performing arts
- And many more
Tip: You can use the search function to quickly find specific industries
Company Size
Select employee count ranges:
- 0 to 9 employees
- 10 to 49 employees
- 50 to 199 employees
- 200 to 499 employees
- 500 to 999 employees
- 1,000 to 4,999 employees
- 5,000 to 9,999 employees
- 10,000+ employees
Revenue
Choose annual revenue ranges:
- $0 to $1 million
- $1 million to $10 million
- $10 million to $50 million
- $50 million to $100 million
- $100 million to $200 million
- $200 million to $500 million
- $500 million to $1 billion
- $1 billion+
Defining Persona Criteria
Seniority
Select seniority levels:
- Manager
- Director
- VP
- CXO
- Unpaid
- Training
- And more
Note: You can toggle to either include or exclude these seniority levels
Job Functions
Choose from various functions:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Customer Service
- And more
Note: You can toggle to either include or exclude these job functions
Job Title Keywords
You can define keywords in job titles by:
- Pasting from a list
- Searching for specific terms
- Adding from job title groups (such as job titles with MQL, Influenced Ops, Triggered Ops, etc.)
Location Settings
Define geographical targeting by:
- Regions (North America, Oceana, Middle East, etc.)
- Specific cities (by typing in city names)
Additional Settings
Contact Limits
You can limit the number of contacts per company (e.g., 20 or 30 contacts per company) to control the size of your audience.
Audience Expansion
Important: We generally don't recommend enabling audience expansion. When enabled, this feature will ignore the current job experience of the contact and include previous job experiences if they meet the criteria.
Finalizing Your Audience
After defining all criteria, you'll see the available channels for your audience:
- X (formerly Twitter)
- Other channels
Using Templates
To save time on future audiences:
- Select "Fill from template" to use any of your previous templates
- Create new templates to reuse your most common audience configurations
