How to: Use Audience Templates

Create audience templates to quickly apply saved target persona and company details to new audiences.

Create audience templates

1. Log in to the Metadata platform
2. Click MetaMatch Audiences on the left navigation
3. Click Audience Templates in the top navigation
4. Click Add New Template
5. Select criteria type
   

   Note: Audience templates can only be applied to their native audience, i.e. Metamatch > Metamatch, FB > FB, and Ln > Ln. 

   
6. Enter Audience Template Name
   

   Tip: Be clear in how you name audience templates. Consider the following template: AudienceCriteria. Example: NA_ENT_Tech_CloudEng.

7. Update fields to reflect target persona and company details
8. Click Save Template
   
   

Apply audience templates

1. Log in to the Metadata platform
2. Click MetaMatch Audiences on the left navigation
3. Click Add New Audience
   
   
   
   
4. Select audience type
5. Enter audience name

   Tip: Be clear in how you name audiences. Consider the following template: AudienceType_AudienceCriteria. Example: Firmo_NA_ENT_Tech_CloudEng.

6. Click Fill From Template
7. Select template
   

   Note: Repeat steps 6-7 to append additional saved audience criteria to the audience.

   
   
   
8. (Optional) Make any additional necessary updates to audience criteria 
   
9. Click Create Audience
