- MQLs are updated once daily.
- Check to make sure that the correct field is mapped to the one in your MA tool.
- Check to make sure the Lead in your MA tool has the value populated in that field.
- Currently, we only look back 30 days to update the MQL / Score field - so if the Lead was created > 30 days ago the field won't update.
