What are the Budget Control states?
Limited
Each experiment has an average daily budget that is below the minimum recommended average daily budget of $10. Please increase the budget or reduce the number of experiments until the average daily budget exceeds $10.

Economy
Each experiment has an average daily budget of $10 - $25 per day which is the bare minimum for driving performance. For better performance, increase the budget or reduce the number of experiments until the average daily budget exceeds $25.
Optimal
Each experiment has an average daily budget of $25+ per day which is optimal for driving performance.
