Ask in chat
Open the chat with Talk to your agent while you're on the page and ask about the accounts on screen. For example:
- "Which accounts moved furthest down the funnel this month?"
- "Show the top 20 accounts in my enterprise segment by pipeline value."
If the page says No account journeys to show yet., accounts haven't engaged yet. Their journeys appear once they do.
