Dashboard and Analytics
On this page
The Dashboard shows how your ads are performing at a glance. Analytics goes deeper and holds your custom reports. Both are in the left rail.
Dashboard
Filters
- Scope: Metadata Managed (campaigns Metadata builds, launches and optimizes), Natively Managed (campaigns managed directly in the ad platforms) or All Campaigns.
- Date: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), Last 90 days or Custom range.
- Channels and Accounts menus.
If an integration needs attention or your credits run low, a chip in the header says so. Click it to open Integrations or Billing.
Headline tiles
- Ad spend
- Influenced pipeline, with pipeline per 1 unit of spend. Use the Infl / Trig toggle to switch between influenced and triggered pipeline. Closed-won follows the same toggle.
- Leads: lead gen form and landing page submissions
- Opportunities
- Closed-won: the amount won, with the number of opportunities won under it
Each tile shows the change from the previous period.
Per-channel performance
The table shows each channel's spend, a metric, its cost, Pipeline / $1 and a trend line. Pick the metric from Metric: Impressions, Video views, Clicks (default), Leads, MQLs or Opportunities. Influenced pipeline is multi-touch, so channel pipeline doesn't add up to the total.
Live feed
- Recommendations (default): alerts and suggestions from the Optimizer. Click a title to read it. Apply opens the same review, where you confirm the change, such as Pause campaign. Dismiss removes a recommendation for good. Tick several to apply or dismiss them together. See Use the Optimizer.
- Activity log: what your AI team and your members have done.
Analytics
Analytics has two tabs: Overview and Custom reports.
Overview
- Choose a Scope.
- Filter by date (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This quarter or Custom range), Optimization group, Channels and Accounts.
- Key metrics: four cards. Click a card's metric to swap it, for example to Spend, Cost per lead, MQLs, Pipeline, ROI or Won deals.
- Core Metrics: weekly charts for the last 12 weeks, and Account penetration, which shows how far your target accounts have progressed. Account penetration always covers all time and ignores the filters.
- Channel Performance: pipeline, spend and cost per lead for each channel.
- Cohorts: results grouped by the Month or Quarter the activity happened. Click a metric to see each channel. Cohorts follow the Channels filter only.
Custom reports
Your team builds custom reports in chat. Click Ask a question, or pick Generate a custom report in a new chat, and say what you want. For example:
- "Build a report of spend and leads by channel for each month this year."
- "Show cost per opportunity by campaign for Q3."
Saved reports are listed on the Custom reports tab and are only visible to your account. Click one to open it, or Delete to remove it.
Set your fiscal year
Quarters in Analytics count from your fiscal year. To change the start month, go to Settings > Fiscal year and choose a month under Fiscal year starts in. You can also change it from the Cohorts section. Only an account admin can change this setting.
Ask in chat
Ask a question on the Overview opens the chat, so you can ask about the numbers on screen. For example: "Which channel had the lowest cost per lead this quarter?"
