Unfortunately, once you launch the campaign you won't be able to add another channel - you will need to create a V2 of the same campaign and enable the channel you would like to turn on.
Once a Campaign is running the only things that can be changed are: MA List, UTMs (LGF only), Exclusion Audience, End Date, Optimization Group.
