Meta Integration
Prerequisites
Before Connecting, Click the Links Below to Ensure You Have the Necessary Meta Credentials:

- Meta Business Manager should have at least one Business Page, one Ad Account and one Instagram Business Account (if you plan on pushing ads to the Instagram feed).
- Meta Business Page any access role with the right to download leads.
- Meta Ad Account Admin or Advertiser Access
- Agree to the Meta Terms of Service:
- Meta Pixel Created
- Verify your Domain

Add Instagram to Business Manager
Follow these steps if you plan on launching campaigns on Instagram.
Note: Personal Instagram accounts are not supported. You must use a Business Instagram account to support paid ads through Metadata.
Go to Meta Business Manager.
Note: Ensure you're in the correct business manager account using the dropdown in the upper-left.

Click Accounts > Instagram accounts.

Click Add to connect your Instagram account.

Click Connect your Instagram account.
Enter your credentials, and click Log In.

Select any ad accounts that you'll use to launch campaigns on Instagram.
Click Finish.

Continue the steps below to connect Metadata to your Instagram account and launch campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Connect Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

Follow these steps to integrate your Meta advertiser account to the platform
1 Initiate Connect

2 Check all necessary Facebook Credentials
Please refer to the section Prerequisites above for more details.
Once checked, please click to "Connect" button

3 Authorize your Facebook Account
You will be redirected to login to your Facebook account. Enter your Facebook password and then click "Continue"

4 Select Meta Business Ad Account, Page and Instagram account
If connected, select your business ad account, page and Instagram account and click Submit button.
Note: Specify an Instagram account to activate Instagram placements for your campaigns.

5 The Integration page will show that your Meta advertiser account has been connected to the platform.
LinkedIn Integration
Prerequisites
Before you start please ensure you have all the necessary permissions setup for your LinkedIn user.
LinkedIn Campaign Manager Access
- Click Link Above > Select Your Account > Select Account Settings on the left panel -> Manage Access.
- Assign Account manager role permissions to your User via the Business Manager under the Ad Account.

LinkedIn 'Sponsored Content Poster' & 'Lead Generation Form Manager' Access
- Via LinkedIn Campaign Manager click Company Page -> Settings -> Manage Admins -> Paid Media Admins tab - > Assign Roles.
- Note: If you do not see the settings menu it means you are lacking permissions, please request your page admin to add you as a Super Admin.


You may also apply these permissions via your LinkedIn Business Manager under the company page:

Connect To LinkedIn
1 Initiate Connect
Click on the Integrations tab and then click the "Connect" button on the LinkedIn snippet.

Click Connect.

2 Authorize your LinkedIn Account
You will be redirected to login to your LinkedIn account. Enter your LinkedIn password.

3 Select LinkedIn Business Ad Account
Select your LinkedIn Business Ad Account and Campaign Group, and click Submit.
Note: Before selecting the campaign group please ensure the campaign group objective is turned OFF natively in LinkedIn.

Google Integration
1 Initiate Connect
Click on the Integrations tab and then click the "Connect" button on the Google snippet.

Click Connect with Google.

2 Authorize your Google Account
You will be redirected to login to your Google account. Enter your Google password.

3 Select Google Ad Account
If connected, select your Google Ad Account

Microsoft Ads Integration
Prerequisites
Before Connecting, please make sure that you have the following Microsoft Ads permissions and follow the steps needed to successfully integrate the channel:
Account setup:
- Your Microsoft Ads account setup must be completed. If you have not created your Microsoft Ads account yet, please follow the instructions in this Microsoft Ads guide.
Microsoft Ads User Account Access:
- Click Link Above
- Select the Ad Account you want to give access
- Click on + Invite user icon to add a User to your account
- Set account access role to "Standard User" or above
- Send the invitation
- Complete the process by checking your email and following the remaining steps
Important Note:
- Universal Event Tracking (UET) Tag Consent: You must enable consent for the Universal Tracking Event (UET) in your Microsoft Ads account. This is required for proper conversion tracking and audience building. Follow the steps in this Microsoft Ads UET Consent guide to configure consent settings.

While connecting your user may not have the necessary permissions to allow consent for the Metadata App to be added to your Microsoft Entra Enterprise Applications and read the user profile who is connecting the integration. If your user is missing the permissions to give consent please follow this article.
Connect To Microsoft Ads
1 Initiate Connect
Click on the Integrations tab and then click the "Connect" button on the Microsoft Ads snippet.

2 Authorize your Microsoft Account
Click Connect with Microsoft.
You will be redirected to login to your Microsoft account. Enter your Microsoft credentials and authorize the connection.

3 Select Microsoft Ad Account
Select your Microsoft Ad Account and click Submit.
4 The Integration page will show that your Microsoft Ads advertiser account has been connected to the platform.
