The KPI important to my business is not presented in the list. What should I do?

You can create a custom KPI and provide your own name to it. Please note, that you won’t be able to track the real-time progress for the custom KPIs.

Can I set goals based on the custom metrics I track in the platform?

Yes, if you have a custom field created in Metadata and mapped to the appropriate field in your MA tool, you can set goals and track progress for the custom metrics as well. There are 2 types of  KPIs available for the custom metrics:

  • absolute - track the number of leads generated with the custom field
  • relative - track the cost per lead with the custom field populated

I need to track the progress for my goal on a monthly basis. Can I do this now?

It is not possible to track the goal progress on a monthly basis now. We are taking into account the quarterly performance to calculate the progress.

How can I change the date range for the quarters in my goals?

The date range for quarters is based on the start of the fiscal year you set on the Settings > General page.
