How MetadataONE works

In MetadataONE you get work done by asking your AI team. The team plans, builds and reports on your campaigns, and the pages in the left rail show you the results.
Talk to your team
Click Talk to your agent at the bottom of the left rail. The chat opens beside the page you're on. Mei, your Head of Strategy, answers first and brings in the teammate each job needs.

Max, the Audience Lead, also appears in the team list but isn't active in the beta. Ask Mei for audiences.
Campaigns are built as drafts. You review them and launch them yourself in the Campaign Builder. See Build and launch a campaign and Work with your AI team in chat.
The left rail
- Dashboard: headline performance for your account.
- Campaigns: your campaigns and their metrics. See Manage campaigns on the Campaigns page.
- Analytics: reports on your results, including custom reports Mei builds. See Dashboard and Analytics.
- Assets: images, videos, documents, audiences, lead forms and landing pages. See Use the Assets page.
- Account journey: how target accounts move through your funnel. See Track accounts with Account journey.
The account menu
Click your account name at the bottom of the rail. The menu shows your name, email, role and credit balance, and these options:
- SaaS Platform: switch to Metadata Classic. Shown only if your account has both products.
- Settings: your agents, how long Mei waits for answers, landing page URL, notifications, Optimizer, fiscal year, members and billing.
- Agent instructions: opens Settings on the instructions for your agents. See Customize your agents and notifications.
- Integrations: connect ad channels, your CRM and marketing tools. See Connect your integrations.
- Sign out
Search and commands
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from any page. Search your campaigns, creatives and chats, jump to a page, or hand a task to your team, such as Build an audience or Check my performance.
Review before you act
The reminder "AI can make mistakes. Review before asking AI to act on your behalf." appears in the app. Check plans, budgets and creative before you approve or launch.
