Connect Oracle Eloqua to MetadataONE

Connect Eloqua so Metadata can read your contacts, form submissions and campaign responses, and write the leads it generates back to Eloqua.

Before you connect

  • An Eloqua user with API access (Consume API) who can manage contacts and run data imports and exports.

  • No other marketing automation tool connected.

Connect

  1. Open the account menu (your account name at the bottom of the left rail) and click Integrations.

  2. Under MA tool, click the arrow on the Oracle Eloqua row. Review what Metadata will be able to do, tick I have the access and permissions required to connect Oracle Eloqua, and click Continue with Oracle Eloqua.

  3. Sign in to Eloqua in the pop-up and approve the request. The screen shows Waiting for Oracle Eloqua authorization… until you finish. If no pop-up opens, allow pop-ups for the site and try again.

Oracle Eloqua Settings then shows who connected and your Eloqua site and site ID.

Already connected in Classic?

Your Metadata Classic connection shows up here on its own, read-only, and reporting keeps working. To manage it in MetadataONE, reconnect it: see Manage your integrations in MetadataONE.
