Every integration is managed from Integrations. Open the account menu (your account name at the bottom of the left rail) and click Integrations. Click the gear on a row to open its settings.

Reconnect

Open the row's settings and click Reconnect. Ad channels renew the sign-in in the background. CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools take you through the connect screen again. Sign in to the same organization, org or instance as before; a login from a different organization is refused.

Connect more than one login to a channel

If your ad accounts sit under different logins, open the channel's settings and click Connect another … account. Each login gets its own tab at the top of the settings screen, and + Add connects another.

Disconnect

Open the row's settings and click Disconnect. Disconnecting can't be undone:

  • Ad channels: campaigns pause, and audiences synced from Metadata may be deleted.
  • CRM and marketing automation: Metadata stops syncing pipeline and revenue, and attribution stops updating.
  • Data and analytics: Metadata stops reading data from the tool.

An account holds one CRM and one marketing automation tool at a time. To switch tools, disconnect the current one first; until then the other rows read … is already connected — disconnect it first.

Connections from Metadata Classic

Integrations you connected in Metadata Classic appear in MetadataONE automatically. They're read-only here: the settings screen shows Legacy connection · Read-only and Migrated, reconnect to manage.

  1. Open the row's settings.
  2. Click Reconnect (for example, Reconnect LinkedIn Ads) and complete the connect steps.
  3. For an ad channel, select your ad accounts.

The Classic connection keeps working until the new one is fully set up, so reporting doesn't stop. To remove a Classic connection instead, disconnect it in Metadata Classic.
