Connect Google Analytics to MetadataONE

Connect Google Analytics and choose the property Metadata reads traffic and conversion data from. Metadata only reads from Google Analytics.
Before you connect
- A Google login with access to the Google Analytics property (Viewer or higher).
Connect
- Open the account menu (your account name at the bottom of the left rail) and click Integrations.
- Under Data & analytics, click the arrow on the Google Analytics row. Review what Metadata will be able to do, tick I have the access and permissions required to connect Google Analytics, and click Continue with Google Analytics.
- Sign in to Google in the pop-up and approve the request. The screen shows Waiting for Google Analytics authorization… until you finish. If no pop-up opens, allow pop-ups for the site and try again.
- In Google Analytics Settings, under Property, pick the property. Search by account or property name if you have many. Save stays unavailable until a property is picked.
Note: Until a property is picked, the row shows Finish setup — select a property.
Already connected in Classic?
A Classic Google Analytics connection keeps its property. To change it, reconnect in MetadataONE. See Manage your integrations in MetadataONE.
